Rust Bullet's Automotive Low VOC formula is an eco-friendly and healthy choice for your automotive applications, while still providing superior protection as the most effective, longest lasting, easiest to use rust/corrosion-control product on the market. Our Low VOC formula has less than 40 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) which means it emits fewer harmful chemicals into the air, making it healthier for you and your family, while also reducing your carbon footprint on the environment. Use for all your automotive applications including undercarriages, frames, floor pans, rocker panels, suspension and much more. Our Automotive Low VOC Formula contains more metal and is a bit thinner than our Industrial Low VOC Formula allowing for an easy application with HVLP automotive finishing guns, as well as brush or roller, and provides a smoother finish usually desired for automotive projects. Use Rust Bullet Automotive Low VOC as a stand-alone coating, or in combination with Rust Bullet BlackShell, Rust Bullet WhiteShell, or Rust Bullet Clear Shot for unbeatable rust protection. Rust Bullet Automotive Low VOC is metallic gray in color and can be brushed, rolled or sprayed.

We want you to experience optimum performance and enjoy the protective benefits of our coatings, so please follow our simple Application Guidelines prior to starting your project to set yourself up for success! Moisture-cured urethane coatings begin curing when exposed to air. Do not open the can until ready to use. All Rust Bullet coatings require a minimum of two coats. The surface to be coated must be completely dry, have a profile for adhesion, and the recoat time of approximately 2-6 hours must be followed. As soon as the previous coat is dry to the touch, you are ready for the next coat.

Approxiate Coverage: 350-400 ft² per gallon, per coat
