Frequently Asked Order and Shipping Questions

Rust Bullet ships most small package orders received by 12:30 pm PST, Monday through Friday, the day the order is received. Any orders placed after 12:30 PST, will typically ship the next business day. We ship from Reno, Nevada with average transit times of 1-6 business days to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped by Ground Service. Canada orders have an estimated scheduled delivery time of 3-8 business days, and will be shipped via UPS Ground International Service. Canada Customs require Canadian recipients to pay PST, GST, HST and any additional duties and taxes on shipments entering Canada. Broker Fees are also charged to process shipments and present requisite documents to Canada Customs on Behalf of the importer. The order will be shipped via UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program. Non-Commercial orders valued under CAD $200 shipped via UPS Standard are subject to a reduced brokerage fee plus any applicable taxes and duties. Shipments valued at CAD $200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please be aware UPS will request payment of these charges at time of delivery. After receiving your tracking information, you may call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating payment on delivery. Larger, pallet size, orders will be shipped ground freight, best way. Please contact Rust Bullet Customer Service for rates. We currently do not accept online orders to areas outside the United States or Canada.

Small package orders with shipping destinations to Hawaii, Alaska, or to Post Office Boxes, will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), Parcel Select Service. Estimated transit times for orders shipped via USPS are 2-11 business days. We do not ship orders to APO, or FPO military addresses.

Rust Bullet Products are considered Dangerous Goods when shipped via air or ocean. If you require expedited shipping or international shipping, please contact us for a quote. Large containers and pallet size orders will be shipped best way. Additional shipping charges may apply.

It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Rust Bullet, LLC within three (3) days of receipt of the order, regarding order errors. Cancellations are accepted if the order has not been shipped. Rust Bullet, LLC will refund 85% of the product purchase price if the product is returned unopened and undamaged within Thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Rust Bullet Specials and kits must be returned complete and unopened. Fifteen Percent (15%) of the product purchase price will be retained as a restocking fee and will not be refunded. Refunds will not be issued on orders consisting of 100/+ gallons, custom orders, special orders. Shipping and Handling charges/fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs on all returned items must be prepaid by the customer. All returns must be properly packaged to ensure they are received undamaged. It is recommended that the customer purchase full insurance to cover loss and/or damage of all returns and to use a carrier and the appropriate shipping method, which provides proof of delivery.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Company or Personal Check, and Direct Wire Transfer. If you wish to obtain a quote prior to purchasing, our Rust Bullet Sales Department would be pleased to provide you with that information. Please email Sales@RustBullet.com. Rust Bullet currently charges a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $9.75 for retail orders shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States. Offer good for in stock items that can be ground shipped in the 48 contiguous United States. In some cases, overweight charges may apply. Multiple quantities or special orders may result in additional charges. We reserve the right to cancel all promotions at any time for any reason.

After you have placed your order, Rust Bullet will send an order confirmation to your e-mail address. When your order ships, you will also receive an e-mail shipping notification that includes the tracking number for your package. If you have any questions or concerns after your package has left our facility, please feel free to contact the designated carrier directly. Please have your tracking number available.

If you realize that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, it is best to contact us at 1-800-245-1600, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST and speak with one of our customer service representatives to make any necessary changes. 

If your order has already shipped and you have received your shipment tracking number, you will need to contact the designated carrier directly to make any adjustments. Please note, some carriers may assess change of address charges, therefore it is imperative that ensure all billing and shipping information is accurate prior to completing your purchase.
